Altruist Accounts not Linking

Sent the onboarding form to a client and he told me that his Altruist accounts were not able to be linked.

We're aware of and not happy about the issue. It's an issue with our account aggregator that is not going to be fixed immediately.

A few thoughts and comments on Altruist.

The "direct integration" should be live in July. Just waiting on Altruist on that one.
Today we are working on an import function from Altruist that will allow you to export holdings for all client accounts and import into Kerdora to create and update accounts. In some ways this will actually be better than linking as you won't have to bother clients to link accounts you manage. The tradeoff of course is not having share quantity update every day, but in our testing it's about a ~2 minute process to update.

Sorry about the inconvenience with linking Altruist. Like I said, we're not happy about it. I'll update you when things change.
